Each species has a role within its habitat: decomposer, producer, primary consumer, or secondary consumer. Your first challenge is to define these terms. The next step is to identify each member of the pictured community by its kingdom, and then by its niche. Can you name any kingdoms or niches that may not be represented? Can you name more organisms that would live in this type of habitat?
